WARRANTIES AND RETURN POLICIES

Bowling Ball Warranties: Here at Bowlers Palace bowling balls come with a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. This includes manufacturer defects only. (This does not included normal wear and tear from lanes). There's no extra charge from us at the time of purchase for this warranty. To be covered you must return the ball in it's original packaging and have the receipt from the original order. We also ask for you to contact us before returning the item. Then we will ship back to you at no extra charge.

We also cover drilling defects (if ball is cracked while being drilled) for no extra charge from Bowlers Palace. Balls must be drilled within 15 days of purchase to recieve this warranty. We also ask for you to contact us before returning the item. To return you must have the ball in its original packaging, receipt from Bowlers Palace, and the receipt from the driller to be eligable for coverage. Then we will ship back to you at no extra charge.

Bowling Ball Returns: Bowlers Palace cannot be held responsible for any packages lost or damaged while in transit to us from a customer. For this reason please be sure to use a shipping method that has tracking. Bowling balls must be unused/undrilled and in the same condition it was shipped to you. Merchandise must be returned by you in protective packaging in addition to the manufacture's packaging. There will be a 15% restocking fee for the returned item after 15 days. Bowling Bag Warranties: Here at Bowlers Palace bowling bags come with a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase through us. This includes manufacturer defects only. (Broken zippers, broken handles, or busted wheels). There's no extra charge from us at the time of purchase for this warranty. Bags come with warranties up to 5 years, but you must deal directly with the manufacturer after the year is up. We do this for your convenience to have the oppurtunity to do the process with us or the manufacturer. To be covered you must return the bag with original receipt and we will ship back for a flat fee.

Bowling Shoe Warranties: Here at Bowlers Palace bowling shoes come with a 1 year warranty from the manufacturer for shoe defects. There's no extra charge from us at the time of purchase for this warranty. If the shoe you purchased do not fit, you must return the shoes in their original state with receipt. Bowlers Palace will not except shoes worn on lanes. We will ship back to you for a flat fee.
