Storm Bowling Balls
The first Storm Bowling Balls were produced in August 1991.
By 1992 the Storm name was getting national attention. High Score Products experienced tremendous growth the following year with business nearly tripling and the process of moving the plant was under way. Soon thereafter, a larger facility was secured.
As the Storm bowling balls name gained prominence, it increasingly overshadowed the HSP Company name. In the summer of 1994 the company name was changed to Storm Products, Inc. to more clearly identify the company with the growing strength of the Storm name.
Today Storm Bowling Balls can be found in the hands of many prominent professional and amateur bowlers alike. Storm Products, Inc. has full time representation on the men's and women's Professional Bowling Tours. The Storm bowling ball name still continues to grow throughout the world.

Making an Impact! The new Storm Virtual Gravity bowling ball features a solid reactive R2X™ coverstock; creating the highest friction values ever produced by Storm® to cut through the heaviest oil. The low RG, high differential Shape-Lock HD™ asymmetrical core creates a tighter spin radius which in turn leads to enhanced reaction in the oil and increased angular velocity through the pins. More Traction! More Angle! More Strikes!
Completely reconstructed, the new Gravity Shift™ sports the reformulated R2X™ coverstock which uses special blends of materials to provide outstanding durability and performance. At the heart is the new Shape-Lock™ HD (High Density) core, where we have increased the density value and lowered the core volume. This effectively produces superior mid-lane roll and promises consistent ball reaction in the ever-changing modern lane conditions.
The recent focus of high performance bowling ball technology has been based on asymmetry and pushing the limits of physics. Storm Bowlling Balls® has turned the corner with the new Dimension™.
At the heart of the Dimension is the all-new, technologically advanced Continuum™ core. By inverting and rotating two identical asymmetric halves 90 degrees, and then merging them together, we have created equal mass displacement.
This translates into a tune-able break point found in asymmetry with the continuation and finish of symmetry. This high performance ball possesses tremendous versatility and performance to fit a variety of styles and conditions.
The new Rapid Fire™ Pearl by Storm Bowling Balls, with a highly-polished R2S™ pearlized coverstock, is heating things up. Combine that with Twin-V™ symmetrical weight block and you have excellent skid through the heads and outstanding entry angle and energy through the pocket. Offering outstanding versatility for different types of players and conditions, the Rapid Fire™ Pearl is heating things up!
