Track Bowling Balls
Track Bowling Balls was founded as Star Track Bowling in Solon, Ohio in the 1970’s with the goal of manufacturing balls for the bowler that wanted to be on the cutting edge of technology. Over the years, the company gained a reputation for new methods of ball design and development, including being one of the first manufacturers to experiment with ceramic cores. Many of the new methods and designs developed by Track went on to become industry standards.
In February 2007, Track Bowling Balls was acquired by Ebonite International and relocated to Hopkinsville, Kentucky as a member of the Ebonite International family of bowling ball brands. While its location has changed, Track is still pushing the envelope for new technologies on everything from original core designs to ground-breaking coverstocks. It’s still the brand for a different kind of bowler, one who knows that when it comes to performance, it’s all about the engineering.

Track Bowling Balls
With the Rising SE (Special Edition) Track Bowling Balls have engineered a ball with the strongest core to date, a single density monster with a cranked up intermediate differential of 0.035, an all-new high. Then Track wrapped it all in a GEN 2 coverstock with a performance pearl additive to increase length while storing energy. It’s the closest thing to a remote controlled ball for the slickest lane conditions.
Performance greatness matches cover and core. The core in the Kinetic Pearl has been adjusted for peak performance to handle this unique Pearl coverstock. With an RG of 2.46 and a differential of 0.042, this asymmetrical design is second to none. This truly is supreme engineering like none other.
Track Bowling Balls have used the Legion core shape again but have wrapped it with their new MP GEN 2 coverstock. Its performance is longer and stronger than the Temper. The Tantrum comes 1000-grit Abralon® sanded and polished with Powerhouse™ Factory Finish. This makes for a great combination of control with raw power.
