You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account. Give us accurate information when you sign up.

Terms of service.
These terms are an agreement between you and Howard Intelligence Technology Systems, LLC covering the Bowler's Palace mobile apps and bowlerspalace.com. By creating an account or using the apps, you agree to them.
Your data is yours
You own the bowling records, notes, and Arsenal details you create. You grant us only the permission needed to store, process, and display that content back to you — nothing more. We do not publish it, sell it, or use it to train anything.
Acceptable use
Do not use Bowler's Palace to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, upload malicious code, attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, or interfere with the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.
Availability, and what this app is not
Bowler's Palace is offered as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and features may change. The app is a personal scorekeeping and practice tool: it is not an official scoring system, and it is not certified by, affiliated with, or endorsed by any bowling association or sanctioning body. Do not rely on it as the system of record for sanctioned competition.
Keep your own backups
Scoring works offline and stores data on your device. Data that has never synced exists only there. We are not responsible for data lost through device failure, app deletion, or account deletion.
No payments
Bowler's Palace does not currently charge for anything and does not process payments. If that changes, the terms will be updated and you will be told before any charge applies.
Ending the agreement
You may stop using Bowler's Palace at any time and delete your account from Profile → Delete my account. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached, or if we discontinue the service.
Disclaimers and limits
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, and Howard Intelligence Technology Systems, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or lost profits. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, in which case they may not apply to you.
Apple and Google
Apple and Google are not parties to these terms and have no responsibility for the app or its support. Your use is also subject to the applicable app store terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above will change, and continued use after an update means you accept it. For significant changes we will give notice in the app or by email.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
